Manhattan Medicine’s WordPress site looked dated and was hard for the team to update. Core actions like Book an Appointment and phone contact were buried, services weren’t clearly organized, and trust signals (years in practice, patient volume, Google reviews, multi-disciplinary care) weren’t prominent. They needed a Squarespace medical website that felt modern, trustworthy, and simple to manage in-house.
The Goal

Platform migration & IA: Moved to Squarespace 7.1 and rebuilt the information architecture around Conditions → Services → Providers, reducing clicks to booking.
Conversion design: Persistent “Book Now” + phone CTAs, insurance/location blocks, and quick-scan service cards.
Trust blocks: Pulled reviews into the layout, highlighted “since 1976 / 10,000+ patients,” and added provider bios to build confidence.
Content & SEO basics: Clear page headings, internal links between conditions and services, optimized titles/meta for NYC intent, and medical-appropriate schema (Organization/FAQPage).
Team-friendly editing: Reusable sections, page notes, and a short training so staff can update services, providers, and testimonials without dev help.
