What We’ll NeedTo make the most of your setup day (and to ensure we stay on track), here’s what we’ll need from you before we begin:

Your written content for each of the pages we’re building (up to 6). If your copy isn’t finalized yet, we can use placeholder text for now, so the layout and structure still get built. You’ll be able to replace it with your final copy after the site is delivered.

That includes your logo, any secondary logo or icon variations, and supporting brand graphics if you have them.

Send over your brand fonts (with files and licensing if needed) and your full color palette. We’ll apply both across your site to keep everything consistent and on-brand.

We’ll need your core images, such as headshots, team photos, product shots, or portfolio work. For backgrounds and filler visuals, we’ll help source high-quality stock photos that align with your brand.

FAQ About Squarespace Template Setup

Yes! With our prep process and your fast feedback during the setup day, we’ll complete up to 6 pages using your selected template, branding, and content.

Because of the quick turnaround, full payment is collected upfront to reserve your setup day.

Before your setup day, we’ll need your website copy, logo, brand colors, font files (if any), and key images like headshots or product photos.
We’ll use placeholder text for any unfinished copy, and we can help fill in background visuals with stock photos to keep your site looking complete. All final content can be easily updated by you after launch.

This package includes 6 custom-designed pages. If you need more, additional pages can be added for $180 each and scheduled separately, as we won’t be able to fit them into the one-day setup.
Alternatively, you can duplicate the sections we’ve designed and build out extra pages on your own.

We’ll apply your branding to the template—including your colors, logo, imagery, and graphics—but we follow the structure and layout of the template you selected.

If you have a logo, we’ll upload it during the setup. If not, we’ll use your business name with the template’s fonts and layout to keep things looking polished.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a guide with instructions for uploading your images, logo, branding, and copy. Please have everything ready at least one day before your scheduled setup.

Absolutely. You’ll be able to update text, swap images, add new sections, and make changes on your own, no developer needed. I’ll walk you through how to do it before we finish.
